Xavier have started hiring!

Summer might be a time when firms quieten down and everyone takes advantage of the warmer weather, but not here at Xavier! We’ve spent the summer optimising the app and creating new features, like tags, as well as integrating with MTD. But it hasn’t all been Dev work, we’ve hit an important milestone in our journey as a growing business too.

This month we hired Claire, our new Marketing and Community Manager. Claire is our first external hire. Why is that an important milestone to us? It’s a sign that Xavier is growing at a rate where we can make these sorts of investment in ourselves. That’s certainly worth raising a glass to, or a mug of coffee because we’re at work...

Claire is joining us from a broad Marketing background with the skills we need to expand Xavier. We’re excited to have her here and you’ll soon start noticing the impact of an additional person in our team. If you want to introduce yourself or have a chat about all things Xavier, Claire can easily be contacted via out Xavier Early Adopters Facebook group and will be manning our social channels too. She’s looking forward to meeting you all and finding out about your business and how you use Xavier.
