How Does Xavier Work?
Xavier pulls in a huge range of data from your full Xero history for analysis; this enables us to get insights and spot anomalies that are really hard to spot otherwise.
That data then runs through a number of Checks. For each check we'll provide a traffic light alert system, so you can see at a glance what needs urgent attention.
You can use Xavier's Cleanup checks to identify and resolve (or dismiss) any common bookeeping errors, such as duplicate contacts or mis-codings.
Some checks simply track your client's Activity Stats, so you can see their performance, and accumulated liabilities, in real time.
A selection of Xavier checks will contribute to a Xavier Health Score. This is really useful for getting an idea of how your Xero account is looking.
It's as easy as Clean > Track > Report > Repeat!

Run a client through Xavier and get a thorough idea of their bookkeeping needs and business size from the very beginning, for a fair quotation and no surprises further down the line.

Xavier Health Score Review
The Xavier Health Score is a great way to get ready for management reports or filing. Or have a bit of fun and motivate your team and clients by rewarding high health scores!
Use Xavier's Health Check to set up a recurring check-in with your clients; review their books, business performance and upcoming liabilities on a regular basis to ensure their success.
You can view your clients activity updated on a daily basis; use client transaction and sales performance to inform pricing reviews and make sure you're paid for the work you do.
Focus on the Jobs to be Done
Xavier has a lot of tools that provide value, but for maximum efficiency, accountants and bookkeepers need to know when to use the right tools, at the right time.
Focus is a whole new part of Xavier that allows you to generate workflow templates (we call these ‘flows’), using the Xavier tools and checks you know and love. These flows are completely bespoke to you, so you can pick and choose what checks you would like to use.
Each flow can then be assigned to a client, user, due date and date range. It’s simple, easy to use and will supercharge your workflows, allowing you to ‘Focus’ on the work you need to do.
How Healthy are Your Clients?
Each client has an overall health score that instantly allows you to prioritise which accounts need attention. A deep dive into the client will allow you to assess the individual health scores for each tool.
Sort and filter your clients, and quickly navigate to your favourited accounts. Reporting at a glance has never been easier.

Make Your Clients Feel Like Your Top Priority
Never let a client slip through the cracks again. Xavier's Practice Dashboard provides a way to quickly view and create reports based on KPI's across all your clients at once.
Quickly see an overview of all your clients' health scores, or metrics such as annual turnover. You can filter or pivot by values such as Account Manager or year end date, for an even better breakdown.
Your clients will feel like the centre of attention when you can raise and fix any issues before they become a problem.
When in doubt, pivot
The Xavier sandbox uses ag-Grid to provide super-flexible reporting, right in your browser. Drag and drop columns, filter, expand, show and hide to get the most from your data.
You can then save these layouts as custom reports for use with other clients, share them with your team, or export straight to a spreadsheet.
Data rows come with links directly back to the data in Xero, so you can trace it all right back to the source.

Historical Changes at your Fingertips
Xavier now has an easy new solution to the common, and frustrating, problem of numbers which are unknowingly or mistakenly changed after the period has been closed and reported upon.
You can now use the Historical Changes insight to see if anything has changed within a historical period after the reporting close date, and if so, exactly what has changed and when.
