Introducing Health Checks
Xavier's first, hotly anticipated new feature of 2019 is finally here: Health Checks.
If you're not sure where to start with chatting to your clients about the state of their Xero data, this is it. The Health Check compiles a selection of Xavier's existing cleanup tools and some new insights for a date range of your choosing (e.g. monthly, quarterly), accompanied by a script you can talk through with your clients to ensure you're hitting all the important points, every time.
This Health Check system will ensure:
- Accounting data is up to date and accurate throughout the year
- Your team stay on top of clients' finances
- Clients feel loved
- You can consistently identify opportunities to give more value to your clients
We're starting with a Version 1, so you can get going on the Health Check right away, and we'll be expanding the number of touch points and stats available over the coming months to ensure maximum value for you and your clients. We've got a general hygiene score in the works as well, so you can see at a glance how your clients are looking.
